     After printing the payment slip at the FamiPort kiosk, you must complete payment at the same store's counter within 10 minutes. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation, and the reserved tickets will be released back into the system for resale.

     Tickets for idividuals with disabilities are available exclusively through the KKTIX website. Please ensure that identity verification for persons with disabilities is completed at least one day before ticket sales begin. Verification cannot be guaranteed on the day tickets go on sale. Accounts verified within 24 hours of ticket sales may not be eligible to purchase tickets successfully.

     Accouts that have completed the verification can only purchase tickets if the validity period of the disability certificate is later than the event date.
   • 每位身心障礙人士含必要陪同者限購最多2張票券，「必要陪伴者優惠措施」須通過主管機關身分認證始能購買陪同席票，如有需要陪同者，購票時請選擇2張。
     Each perso with a disability may purchase up to two tickets, including one for a necessary companion. The "Companion Discount Policy" requires government approval of the companion's identity before tickets for companion seating can be purchased. If a companion is required, please select two tickets at the time of purchase.

     Priority seatig for persons with disabilities is subject to the organizer’s or venue’s designated seating areas, seat availability, and special pricing. Tickets are available while supplies last.

     Origial, valid proof of disability must be presented upon entry. If a companion ticket was purchased, both individuals must enter together (entry with a companion ticket alone is not allowed). If proper documentation is not provided or the individual is not the certificate holder, entry may be denied and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

退票方式 Refund Policy

根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定，本節目採用方案二：消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日)，購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請，請求退換票日期以收到退票申請日或郵戳寄送日為準，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費，範例如下：
According to the second ticket return plan of Laws & Regulations of“Ministry of Culture”,  tickets are refundable with 5% return handing fee for three days ONLY after you purchase them. For example:

• 2025/7/29購買，退票截止日為2025/8/1 (含)，2025/8/2 (含)起的退票不再受理
  Tickets purchased on 2025/7/29 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2025/8/1. Tickets mailed out on and after 2025/8/2 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• 未取票/電子票券：如欲辦理退票請於退票期限內至以下連結填寫表單

 演出相關 Concert information 

■ 演出全長約90分鐘以上，無中場休息。 實際時間請依現場公告為準。主辦單位保有最終修改、變更、活動解釋及取消本活動之權利，若有相關異 動將會公告於網站， 恕不另行通知。
The performance time is more than 90 minutes without intermission.
The actual performance time is based on on-site situations.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret, or cancel. Any updates or changes will be announced on the official website without notice.

■ 具體活動安排與相關規範敬請關注活動官方FB、IG及現場公告。
Details for the event and related regulations will be announced by the organizer on social media. Please kindly pay attention to official website, FB, Instagram and on-site announcements.

■ 演出全區為站席(GA area)，無座席；F區-1800元票區為視線遮蔽區，會有視野不良、視野遮蔽情形，購票前敬請留意。
The entire venue is standing only (General Admission area) with no assigned seats. The F Zone (NT$1,800 ticket zone) is an obstructed view area and may have restricted or limited visibility. Please take this into consideration before purchasing.

■ 此次活動全席為搖滾區站席，為人身安全考量，孕婦及身高未滿110公分或未滿10歲孩童請勿購票，主辦方有權謝絕入場；購票前敬請請留意。
For safety reasons, pregnant women and children under 110cm or under 10 years old are prohibited. Please carefully consider this information before purchasing.
 

 購票相關 Ticketing information 

■ 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之通路、網站購票、也不要透過陌生代購進行購票，主辦單位與KKTIX均無法保證票券真實性。除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
Please do not purchase tickets from auction websites or any unofficial channels or websites not authorized by KKTIX, and do not buy through unknown third-party agents. The organizer and KKTIX cannot guarantee the authenticity of such tickets. These purchases may lead to scams or transaction disputes and could jeopardize your rights. In cases where ticket holders are denied entry or face other issues at the venue, the organizer and KKTIX shall not be held responsible.

■ 若有任何形式非供自用而加價轉售（無論加價名目為代購費、交通費、補貼等均包含在內）之情事者，已違反社會秩序維護法第64條第2款；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第二項規定，將票券超過票面金額或定價販售者，按票券張數，由直轄市政府、縣（市）政府處每張票面金額之十倍至五十倍罰鍰，請勿以身試法！
Reselling tickets at a higher price for non-personal use (including surcharges such as handling fees, transportation fees, subsidies, etc.) is a violation of Article 64, Clause 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act. Furthermore, according to Article 10-1, Paragraph 2 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act, anyone who resells tickets above face value or official price may be fined 10 to 50 times the ticket face value per ticket by the municipal or county (city) government. Please do not break the law!

■ 消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊，協助親友購買票券，應取得該個資所有人同意，一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及刑法第二百十條「偽造私文書罪」：「偽造、變造私文書，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ；且依文化創意產業發展法第十條之一第三項規定：「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式，利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券，取得訂票或取票憑證者，處三年以下有期徒刑，或科或併科新臺幣三百萬以下罰金。」主辦單位及KKTIX皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單，請勿以身試法！
Buyers must use their real name and provide valid personal information when purchasing tickets. If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of friends or family, you must obtain their consent. Using false information to purchase tickets constitutes a violation of Article 210 of the Criminal Code (“Forgery of Private Documents”), which states: “Anyone who forges or alters a private document that may cause harm to the public or others shall be sentenced to imprisonment of up to five years.” Additionally, according to Article 10-1, Paragraph 3 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act: “Anyone who uses false information or other improper methods to purchase performing arts tickets through a computer or other devices, thereby obtaining booking or ticketing credentials, shall be sentenced to imprisonment of up to three years, or a fine of up to NT$3 million, or both.” The organizer and KKTIX reserve the right to immediately cancel such orders. Do not violate the law!

■ 一人一票憑票券入場，票券視同有價證券，請務必妥善保存。如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況，恕不補發或退換票券。
Each person (including children) should hold one ticket for entry. Tickets should be kept safe. Lost, damaged, burned or unrecognizable tickets will not be reissued or exchanged.

■ 購票後三天內 (不含購票當天) 可辦理退票，購票後第四天起不可退票，退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費；如購票日距活動日不足三日，請於活動開始前完成退票申請。如欲換票，需退票後重新購票。退換票請洽原購票單位。
Tickets are refundable with a 5% handling fee based on the face value of the ticket for three days only after purchase. If tickets are purchased less than 3 days before the show, a refund request should be completed before the performance. If an exchange is needed, please cancel and purchase a new one. Please contact the original seller for refund and exchange.

■ 購買身心障礙票券，入場時需出示相關證明文件，若未攜帶、資格不符、非本人者、證件過期造假、缺漏或無法辨識等不符合規定情況者，恕無法憑原票入場。
For accessibility ticket holders, verification of valid documents is needed for entry. Those without proper documents, mismatched information, invalid or unrecognized ID will not be allowed entry.

■ 請於購票前確認購票細節，並呼籲不要購買來路不明的票券，以免自身權益受損，主辦單位保留認定票券合法性之權利。
Please confirm the details of tickets before purchasing. To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms. The organizer reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of the tickets.

■ 各項購票優惠不得合併使用。各式套票恕不接受「單張」退換票。退換票請攜帶完整票券及原購票相關資料，至原購票單位辦理。
All discounts cannot be combined. Refunds or exchanges must be requested for the entire order, partial/single-ticket will not be accepted. For refund or exchange, please bring all tickets and related information to the original seller.

According to Article 10-1 of the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act, reselling tickets for more than face value may result in fines 10 to 50 times the ticket price per ticket, imposed by the local government.  現場相關Admission Notice 

■ 演出當日採先到先入制度，開放進場時，請於各區入口處現場排隊領取手環並依序入場。
The show is on a first-come, first-served basis. When gates open, please line up at the entrance of the zone to redeem your wristband and enter the venue in order.

■ 手環將作為活動當天的出入憑證，請務必妥善保管，如發生遺失、破損、燒毀或無法辨識等狀況即視為廢票，恕不補發。若有任何問題，請尋求現場工作人員協助，請勿自行摘下手環。若手環遺失視同未購票，工作人員有權請其離場。
The wristband will serve as proof of entry to the event. Wristbands should be kept safe. Lost, damaged, burned or unrecognizable wristbands will not be reissued or exchanged. If there is any problem, please seek assistance from the staff at the venue and do not remove the wristband on your own. If wristbands are lost, you may be denied entry.

■ 演出期間人潮及車潮眾多，停車場車位數量有限，請開車的觀眾提早抵達或者轉搭大眾運輸工具前往，以免因交通壅塞延誤行程。
Parking spaces are limited; audiences who drive are suggested to arrive early or transfer to public transportation to avoid traffic congestion (please refer to the Transportation Information for details).

■ 演出中嚴禁直播行為，若經發現，工作人員有權刪除相關影音資料，屢勸不聽者，工作人員有權要求退場。
Any kind of live streaming is strictly prohibited. Staff may delete recordings and deny entry.

■ 為維護現場安全，驗票入場時會視情況進行安檢，檢查觀眾攜帶之隨身物品，敬請配合，請參考禁止攜帶物品說明。
To ensure the security of the venue, a security check may be conducted before admission. Please refer to the prohibited items for more information.

■ 為維護演出者及場內觀眾權益，遲到或中途離席觀眾，因以不影響其他觀眾觀賞品質為原則，由工作人員於適當時間引導民眾入場，不予退票。
To protect the rights of artists and other audiences, those who are late or leave during the show will be admitted during a suitable break by staff; refund requests will not be accepted.

■ 演唱會進行期間若離開場地，再次進場時可回原票區，但無法保證回到原位；請勿使用物品佔位。
If you leave during the concert, you may re-entry to the previous zone, but there is no guarantee for the same place. Please do not use any objects to occupy the place.

■ 場館內禁止吸煙 (含電子煙)。
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in the venue.

■ 請勿推擠或衝撞，嚴禁騷擾他人、打架等不當行為。
Please do not push or rush. Harassment, fighting and other inappropriate behaviors are strictly prohibited.

■ 請勿向歌手及舞台上投擲物品，以免造成傷害。
To avoid injury, please do not throw any objects at artists or the stage.

■ 場內設有急救站，若身體不適請立即向工作人員求助。
Please inform any staff if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.

There is no locker or cloakroom at the venue. Please take care of your personal belongings. The organizer will not be responsible for any financial damage or loss.

■ 嚴禁觀眾或未經許可人士進入舞台及後台區域。
No audience or unauthorized persons are allowed to enter the stage and the backstage area.

■ 場外帳篷攤位有販售酒水，未成年禁止購買。
Drinking is prohibited under the age of 18.

■ 請勿攜帶任何動物入場，獲主辦單位事先書面核准之工作犬除外。
No animals are permitted, except working dogs with prior written approval from the organizer.

■ 如遇緊急情況，請依照現場指示有序撤離，入場時請留意場內緊急出口位置。
In case of emergency, please follow the instructions to evacuate and please pay attention to the location of the emergency exits.

■ 由於活動當天會場將架設攝影機進行拍攝，可能被拍攝到影像或照片中，敬請見諒。
Shooting cameras will be set up on the show day, we apologize for any images or photos that may be captured.

■ 觀眾務必遵守主辦單位及場館各項規定，若有任何干擾演出及妨礙現場安全之行為，主辦單位有權請其離場，並不負責任何退票及賠償責任。
Please follow the organizer and venue regulations. Disruptive behavior may restrict you from attending the concert. The organizer is not responsible for any refund or compensation.

■ 活動若因故延期或取消，主辦單位恕不負責票面金額以外之相關補償。
In case the event is postponed or cancelled, the organizer is not responsible for any compensation more than the face value of the ticket.

■ 相關規定以活動官網及現場公告為主，主辦單位保留節目內容更動權。
All regulations are subject to updated information on the official event website and on-site announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event.

1. 捷運 Taoyuan Airport MRT
   搭乘桃園機場捷運至A17領航站，1號出口出站，向西步行三分鐘即達。
   Take Taoyuan Airport MRT to A17 Linghan Station and leave the Station from Exit 1, then walk westward for three minutes to reach the venue.
    
2. 高鐵 HIGH SPEED RAIL 
   1. 高鐵桃園站下車轉搭桃園機場捷運至 A17 領航站。
      Get off at Taoyuan Station of Taiwan High Speed Rail and take Taoyuan Airport MRT to A17 Linghan Station.
   2. 高鐵桃園站下車轉搭公車 206A、302、707A 至捷運領航站。
      Get off at Taoyuan Station of Taiwan High Speed Rail and take Bus No. 206A, 302 to Taoyuan MRT Linghan Station.
   3. 高鐵桃園站下車轉搭公車 208、208A、302、707A、5089 至大成大智路口站。
      Get off at Taoyuan Station of Taiwan High Speed Rail and take Bus No. 208, 208A, 302, 707A, 5089 to the Station located at the Intersection of Dacheng and Dazhi Roads.

6. 自行開車/騎車 Vehicles & Motorcycles
   由於停車位有限，建議多搭乘大眾運輸。
   Due to limited parking spaces, using public transportation is highly recommended.
   國道2號高速公路於4- 大竹出口（青埔方向） 下，靠左沿南青路 （台31）直行，右轉 領航北路四段即達。
   Get off the National Freeway 2 at Exit 4 - Dazhu (toward Qingpu), keep left and go straight along Nanqing Road (Provincial Highway 31), then turn right into Sec. 4 of Linghang N. Road.

   場館地下付費停車場
   桃園陽光劇場B1內設有地下停車場，限高2.1米，設有停車格約260格，機車停車格576格。
   車位有限，如遇滿位，請勿排隊。
   Taoyuan Sunlight Arena B1 Paid Parking Lot
   The theater B1 has an underground parking lot with a height limit of 2.1 meters. There are 260 parking spaces for cars and 576 parking spaces for motorcycles. 
   The capacity is limited; if the lot is full, please do not queue.

 禁止攜帶物品說明 Prohibited items 

場館內不提供任何存放服務，請勿攜帶違反入場規定的物品與行李，若有攜帶，請先自行安置後再前往演唱會場地。
Please kindly note that there are NO lockers or luggage storage service in the venue, if you have any items against our regulations, please do not bring them to the venue. 

• 禁止攜帶外食。
  No outside food and beverage.
• 禁止攜帶煙火、蠟燭、打火機、爆竹、任何種類之金屬、玻璃、刀具、武器等危險物品。
  No dangerous items such as fireworks, candles, lighters, firecrackers, any kind of metal, glass, knives, weapons, etc.
• 禁止攜帶喇叭、哨子、手拍、擴音器、加油棒等製造聲響之物品。
  No sound-making items such as whistles, hand clappers, speakers, etc.
• 禁止攜帶或使用任何非法藥品等違禁品。
  Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited.
• 禁止攜帶加壓型噴霧、香水、防狼噴霧、瓦斯罐、煤油等易燃物品。
  No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume/pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
• 禁止攜帶專業攝影器材、相機、攝影機、自拍棒、自拍神器、平板電腦、GoPro、腳架。
  Professional cameras, recording devices, selfie sticks, tablets, GoPros, and tripods are strictly prohibited.
• 禁止攜帶超過 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm尺寸的背包、箱子、行李或其他大型物品。
  No bags, carriers or articles larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm.
• 禁止攜帶板凳、折疊椅、折疊踏梯或其他可能阻礙視線之物品。
  No folding chairs, folding step ladders or any item that may obstruct view.
• 禁止攜帶長柄雨傘，摺疊傘請放置於包內，並請勿在場館內使用。
  No long-handled umbrella. Folding umbrella should be kept in your bag and NOT used inside the venue.
• 禁止攜帶任何橫幅、旗幟、標語、LED燈牌。
  No banners, flags, placards, LED banners.
• 禁止攜帶鐳射筆、無人機或任何遙控飛行裝置與玩具。
  No laser pens, drones or any remote-controlled flying devices or toys.
• 禁止攜帶氣球等任何充氣物品。
  No balloons or any other inflatable items.

為活動安全起見，任何不在上述表列的物品，若工作人員判斷為危險物品，皆嚴禁攜帶入場。
For safety reasons, any items not listed in the Prohibited Items are strictly prohibited from entering the venue if they are judged to be dangerous by the staff.
